Documentation

HushVault Docs

A public overview of the current workflow and security boundaries. Installation and self-hosting source are not publicly available during the private beta.

Pre-release

HushVault is not production-ready and has not had an independent security audit. Use test secrets for evaluation.

Evaluate the workflow

Create an evaluation account, add a project and test environment, then preview changes to a Cloudflare Worker. Manual sync is a beta capability.

Security model

Stored values are encrypted at rest, but the deployment server holds the master key and decrypts them for retrieval and sync.

Current availability

The repository is private. There is no public CLI distribution or portable self-hosting guide. Hosted paid plans are not available.

Self-hosting status

Self-hosting is not publicly available.

The private repository and account-specific deployment notes cannot be used as a public setup path. A portable guide and clean-account verification are still needed before self-hosting can be offered.

A self-hosted deployment requires an operator-managed master encryption key. The server uses that key to decrypt stored secrets. Review key backup, recovery, Cloudflare service limits, and your expected costs before experimenting.
